Exchanges and Returns 14-days Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a product sold by the ivyskin.com Store for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) if returned within 14 days of delivery. To exchange a non-defective product, please return it for credit and place an order for a new item. To start your return, simply package the product(s) up and please include a note with your order number. Ship the product(s) to be returned with trackable means once your fill out the form and receive your RMA#. Your credit card will be credited within five business days of receipt. Cancel My Order You can cancel your order in full before it is dispatched.
